Return and refund

International Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return window for all international customers. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition as when you received it

  • unworn, unused, and with all original tags

  • in its original packaging

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at office@artes.ro.
After your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label (where available) or instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

⚠️ Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Return Address

We will provide the correct return address and instructions for your country when your return request is approved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • perishable goods (e.g., food, plants)

  • custom or personalised items

  • personal care or hygiene products

  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

For the fastest service, we recommend returning the item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.

Please note: your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
